Our Story

Research and Career Development Center (RCDC) was established in 2023 as a part of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT). Our mission is to foster innovation, creativity, and problem-solving among students. We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students to learn, grow, and thrive.

Since its inception, RCDC has played a vital role in enhancing technical skills through workshops, coding competitions, and hands-on projects. We regularly collaborate with industry professionals to offer seminars and training that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications. Our events cater to a wide range of interests, from software development, and cybersecurity to debate, sports, robotics and artificial intelligence.

At RCDC, we believe in nurturing leadership and teamwork. Members have the opportunity to take on responsibilities, lead projects, and contribute to the community. Through collaboration and mentorship, we aim to equip our students with the skills and confidence to excel in the competitive field of technology and other fields, while making meaningful contributions to the society.
